3 Months Old
Looking too cute
Wondering how many pics he has to endure this round!
Just a few more Cameron...Promise!
I just love this face more then words can express!
Three months already! You know, I cannot imagine my life without Cameron & he has only been here for 3 months. We went for our 3 month check-up & follow-up shots this week. Last month the Pediatrician wanted to give him 4 shots at once...No Way I said! There is no reason they need to give 4 at once. I allowed 2 shots & that is why we had to return at 3 months.
I heard the same story...you really should wake him at night. Whatever...they are nuts. Cameron is sleeping 9-10 hours a night. I will not wake him. If he is hungry, according to the baby bible, my mom, Bill's mom & every other mother I have spoken to, he will wake up!!! So I increased his ounces & he is adjusting very well. He weighed 13 lbs. even (you were the closest Cheryl) & was 24 1/2 inches long. He grew almost 2 inches in one month. Rochelle calls him "String Bean."
He is reaching his milestones on or before the "schedule." I tried "Peek-A-Boo" with him about two weeks ago & there was no reaction. I read that babies begin to enjoy this at 4 months on average. So I tried it at the beginning of this week to see if I got a reaction. I sure did...he laughs & loves it. He anticipates my return. I love it! He is also really starting to look for me more. His face tries to find my voice, which touches my heart every time. He is grasping things now & even took out his pacifier and put it back in his mouth several times (Bill got to see this 1st). He is also fascinated by this V-Tech Nursery Rhyme Book Aunt Rhonda bought him. He is trying to move the little pieces to make it sing. He can get some (by accident I think), but I praise him anyway. I love to watch his face light up at the book...Thank you Aunt Rhonda for thinking of us & buying this book!
He is growing so much & I just love holding him! I know there will come a day when he will not want to be held by his mommy, so I am trying to get my share in now. When he starts crawling & walking, he will not want MOM to hold him anymore. So while he is still little & needs me to get around, I am going to love him up and hold him as much as possible. A child can never be surrounded by enough love and I want to make sure Cameron always has an overflow!
